You will play a critical role in leading operational excellence on the shop floor by managing a dynamic team and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities: Ensuring strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and reporting procedures. Supervising the team and overseeing daily operations to meet SLA and project timelines. Managing staffing resources, including recruitment, training, development, and performance. Taking ownership of Works Order planning and execution.
