You will be responsible fo r managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.This is a full time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7, on the following shift 22:00 till 06:00.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to pay £37,000.00 plus a £3,000.00 shift allowance per annum and offer 33 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays).
