Job Title: Warehouse Export Shipping Co-ordinator Location: Whetstone, LE8 Hours: Days, Mon-Fri Salary: £12.21ph (increase once perm) Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for an Warehouse Export Shipping Co-ordinator to work in our clients Freight office. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be part of a small team, responsible for accurately documenting and despatching goods from our clients distribution site in Whetstone, Leicester. Key Responsibilities: • Obtain quotations from shipping companies to pass on to the Export Sales team • Update online information for Export bookings • Supply shipment details for Ex works customers prior to collection • Obtain shipping details for CIF customers • Daily liaison with the Export Sales team to ensure all relevant information on shipments is exchanged • Liaise with various internal departments and hauliers • Complete customer despatch paperwork accurately to ensure correct customer billing • Record daily despatch updates and forward to the Export Sales team • Maintain records of collections as POC • Ensure pick lists are scanned onto the system for information purposes • Record all shipments and proof of export as required by HMRC • Various other ad-hoc admin duties If you have experience in warehousing, preferably within export and shipping, then please apply online with an updated CV...
