Warehouse Operative Hourly Rate: £12.21- £13,00 per hour Location: Leicester Job Type: Full-time- 36 hours a week We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client's team based in Leicester. This role involves managing both goods in and goods out, as well as picking and packing items. Day-to-day of the role: Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Report any discrepancies or damages in the inventory. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ideally some experience of working within a Warehouse . Ideally proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems.
