Job Title: Warehouse and Assembly Manager

Salary: £30k per annum + performance-based bonus

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our site-based operation in Swindon where you can make a real impact.

This is a critical role combining hands-on operations and people management. You'll oversee a small, dedicated team of Warehouse and Assembly staff to achieve flexibility, productivity and efficiency with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.

To lead, motivate and develop team members through performance management to achieve KPIs/objectives Oversee all warehouse activities, managing the stock from receipt to dispatch Ensure workload priorities are clearly understood and communicated to the team Support and mentor the Warehouse Team Leader to run day-to-day shop floor activities effectively and independently Monitor all aspects of the warehouse functions including performance, shipments, risks, and improvement opportunities.
