The Role As a Pick Allocation Clerk, you will be part of the Outbound Department, supporting operations by ensuring the timely and accurate allocation of pick tasks and dispatch paperwork. Duties include: Allocating pick tasks efficiently

Ensuring timely dispatch of outbound loads

Liaising with operational teams and 3rd party carriers to meet SLAs

Working closely with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to meet workload targets

Maintaining high health & safety standards

Supporting with ongoing process improvement

Other warehouse administrative duties as required

About You We are looking for someone who is: A strong communicator (both written and verbal)

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
