What Youll Be Doing Lead & Motivate: Guide a large team of operatives through receiving, picking and returns of chilled products Own the Process: Control stock movements; verify codes against tickets with precision Drive Efficiency: Ensure rapid, safe loading/unloading of delivery vehicles Maintain Standards: Keep the warehouse spotlessly clean and compliant with Health & Safety Cover & Support: Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed Build Culture: Foster an inspiring, open-communication team environment What Were Looking For Warehouse Background: Proven experience in a busy warehouse ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
