Stores and Warehouse Manager Job Purpose: To lead, organise, and strengthen the warehouse and stores function. This includes implementing robust processes, ensuring full traceability and compliance with aviation regulations, improving efficiency, and maintaining accurate inventory control. The Stores Manager will take ownership of all stock-related operations, drive improvements, and help build a well-structured, high-performing stores environment that supports the wider business. Key Tasks and Responsibilities To define and implement robust warehouse and stores processes, ensuring full traceability, compliance, and efficiency. Oversee all inventory movement: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure accurate and real-time data in our inventory management system (QTM or similar). Drive stock control procedures including cycle counting, audits, quarantine management, and repair flow. Maintain full compliance with aviation storage standards (e.g. EASA, FAA), including environmental and shelf-life requirements. Reorganize and maintain a clean, logical, and secure warehouse layout.
