What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Project Manager you'll be working within the Build Team on a project from pre construction through to on site delivery and completionYour day to day will include:Managing the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects.Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.Providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group's policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s). What are we looking for?This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if you have:Significant experience in leading on projects of significant value from pre construction through delivery to handoverDemonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmesExpert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditionsIT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email as well as experience of using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft ProjectSMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First AidWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
