We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in Food Production, Agriculture, and Warehouse recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting top talent to our clients and providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit high-quality candidates for roles in food production, agriculture, and warehouse - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates - Understand client requirements and match candidates to job openings - Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate quality - Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records - Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in food production, agriculture, or warehouse sectors - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Awareness of GLAA license regulations and compliance - Knowledge of Stronger Together initiative and its principles - Familiarity with the Agricultural Labour Provider (ALP) sector - Food Safety Certificate (e.g., Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate) or willingness to obtain one
