Join us at Kier Transportation, where we are working brilliantly together to make a difference, supporting the movement of people, goods, and equipment. Location: Easton Lane, Winchester - travel to the office required with some remote working availableHours: Permanent Fulltime –- some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to usSalary: £48,000 - £52,000 per year + £4,000 annual car allowance + benefits What will you be responsible for?As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial management of various aspects of the contract — from emergency repairs and incident response to routine maintenance and minor improvement schemes.Your day to day will include:Provide commercial expertise to contracts, to include the production and submission of applications for payment, claims, budget monitoringAssess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk managementEffectively manage supply chain, raising orders, assessing applications and variations, and agreeing final accounts What are we looking for?This role of Quantity Surveyor is great if you:Holds the relevant qualificationExperience within a similar role in the Highways/Infrastructure IndustryExcellent Communication skills both written and verbally Rewards and benefitsWe're proud to be able to offer our brilliant people a wide variety of benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
