QC Inspector

to join their friendly, hardworking quality team and help ensure every product meets the high standards their customers expect. Tell me more.. You will be responsible to carry out daily quality control checks across the site. This includes monitoring production processes, checking products meet required specifications, and keeping accurate records of all quality-related data. On a daily basis youll be doing the following Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed Ensure adherence to documented process controls at all times Carrying out systems and production line audits. Control of measuring equipment calibration Highlighting any issues to production, technical or production engineering. Why join? Youll be joining a team that takes real pride in its work. including training to become a qualified internal auditor. Salary: £33,000pa Location: New Milton Hours: Full-time, permanent What do you need? Youll already have experience using manual measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges etc.) and youll feel confident carrying out visual inspections. Youll bring a steady, methodical approach and a real commitment to quality. Youll also need: Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail Strong understanding of basic inspection techniques Solid awareness of quality processes and manufacturing H&S Ability to read and record dimensional data accurately Nice to have (but not essential): ONC/OND Engineering Experience with CMMs (bonus if you can create simple programs) Knowledge of GD&T Exposure to ISO9001 environments If youre a QC Inspector looking for a secure role with a supportive employer, wed love to hear from you.
