Your Responsibilities You’ll take full responsibility for leading and managing the night shift warehouse team, ensuring efficient and effective operations throughout.

Lead, plan, and manage all aspects of the night shift Drive operational performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential Maintain full compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards Oversee stock management, control, and dispatch accuracy Ensure smooth driver communication and shift handovers Manage stock damages, investigations, and related administration Liaise with day shift, sales, and transport teams to ensure seamless operations Implement new initiatives and continuously improve warehouse processes

About You We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys managing a motivated team.

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certificate (essential) Proven background in warehouse and people management Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including training staff on new systems Strong communication and decision‑making skills under pressure Reliable, organised, and adaptable to changing demands Excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem‑solving Own transport (essential due to hours and location) Full right to work in the UK
