Known for quality workmanship, safety, and reliability, we are expanding our operations team with a hands‑on Warehouse Manager who brings strong organization, leadership, and basic mechanical know‑how to keep our crews running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage warehouse operations, including inventory, materials, and equipment organization.Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and logistics for multiple job sites.Maintain accurate inventory records and track material usage.Oversee loading and unloading of tools, materials, and equipment.Perform or coordinate minor equipment repairs and maintenance (e.g., compressors, generators, small tools).Keep the shop, yard, and vehicles clean, safe, and well‑organized.Support field crews by preparing and staging materials for upcoming jobs.Ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards across the warehouse and yard.RequirementsValid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required).3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction support roles (asset).Basic mechanical aptitude – able to diagnose and perform simple repairs on small tools and equipment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Physically fit; able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.Self‑motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).What We OfferCompetitive hourly wage based on experience.Full‑time, Monday–Friday schedule (occasional overtime).Stable, long‑term employment with a growing company.Comprehensive training and team support from experienced professionals.A friendly, safety‑focused environment where your initiative and mechanical skills are valued.How to ApplySend your resume to hr@ravenroofing.com or drop it off at 18988 34A Avenue, Surrey.
