Our client is a Luxury business, who has seen phenomenal growth over recent years. They’re looking to strengthen their operational functions and they are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within global shipping who can come in and hit the ground running.

You must be someone who understands the end-to-end logistics process, both inbound and outbound shipments globally.

It is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running, and for someone to make this role their own.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Working within the team, work through all inbound and outbound shipments from factories through to the clients, to ensure the delivery schedules are on time Monitor all planned PO schedules for shipment, highlighting any issues or potential delays to the senior management team An understanding and knowledge of working with 3PL and transport partners, ensuring all correct documentation and packaging details accompany each shipment as required Making all relevant shipment bookings with the suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PL’s Working closely with finance on any credit / debit notes required Management of all relevant sh...
