Logistics Coordinator (Day Shift)

What You Will Do:

• Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone and email, ensuring they are accurately loaded onto the system. • Book and track shipments, providing quotes for EU and UK transport while offering cost-effective solutions. • Liaise with suppliers to source transport and respond to customer needs, including handling line stoppages and arranging airfreight. • Ensure jobs are closed out efficiently by obtaining necessary documentation, such as PODs and purchase orders. • Maintain accurate system data, ensuring all jobs are completed and checked prior to invoicing. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Operations, Accounts, and the Warehouse, to ensure seamless coordination.
