Are you an organised, detail-focused logistics and shipping professional looking for your next step. We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to ensure the accurate, efficient flow of goods through our business — from receipt and storage to dispatch and delivery. You'll play a key part in supporting both internal and external customers, helping us maintain a smooth and responsive supply chain operation. Main Duties Manage all UK and export shipping arrangements, including preparing export documentation Liaise with preferred carriers and purchasing to secure the best transport rates Ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of all customer orders, including back orders Work with the Sales team to keep them informed of any delays and delivery updates Support improvements to goods flow and shortage resolution with the purchasing team Coordinate with Sales and Credit Control where customer accounts are on hold Oversee goods-in processes — ensuring products are booked in daily and discrepancies are investigated promptly Maintain an organised, efficient, and tidy department at all times
