As the company expands its global distribution and physical product capabilities, we are building a centralized leadership function to drive operational consistency, cost efficiency, and execution excellence. We're looking for a strong Leader to Head its global operations across all physical product categories, including print publishing, musical instruments, and distribution across the US and Europe.
This role is based onsite at our office in Heerenveen, the Netherlands. We are also open to candidates from across Europe who are willing to relocate to Heerenveen or nearby.
Lead global physical operations across warehousing, logistics, print production, and instrument distribution across the US and Europe.
- Manage global vendor relationships and optimize supply chain reliability and cost structure
- Oversee global capacity planning, demand alignment, and facility utilization
- Proven experience leading physical operations globally in a high-velocity, product-driven business
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and distribution across multiple regions
- Background in print, music products, consumer goods, or hardware logistics is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus
