Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation projects.
• Conduct high-level discovery sessions
• Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
• Analyse client business processes and requirements to design effective solutions.
• Provide comprehensive training to users on Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV functionality.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring accountability and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements and innovation within projects
• Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• The candidate must be based in Great Britain, and must have a proven track record of implementing the Warehouse module of D365 Business Central or NAV.
• Experience in Tasklet, or adjacent product (MobileNAV) is highly desired.
• Minimum 2 ½ years of project delivery experience.
